Sulforaphane (SFN), also known as sulforaphane, is an isothiocyanate obtained by hydrolysis of glucosinolate by myrosinase in plants, and often exists in a stable form of glucoraphanin. Sulforaphane appears as a light yellow powder or a yellow-brown oily liquid.
